Who are we?
ESSEC Business School
The ESSEC Group is actually the brand name for several schools specialised in economics and corporate management. It was created in 1907, and now hosts about 3 500 students each year. ESSEC aims at giving a comprehensive education to tomorrow’s business and entrepreneurship. Over the years ESSEC has developped a wide range of partnerships with world-class universities on all continents, and also opened a campus of its own in Singapore in 2004.
The “BDS”
We are ESSEC’s Sports Union. We are 45 students providing the 3 500 students of the school with 30 sport activities every week and daily services. We host a dozen events throughout the year, from tournament to parties. We hold a seat at ESSEC Councils and Committees, helping develop the school’s brand new academic sports track.
The T5B organizing committe and its volunteers
It takes nine months to plan the T5B. Nine months during which the 45 members of the ESSEC’s Sports Union are devoted to the T5B and it’s unique spirit. During the 6 days of the actual tournament, 200 ESSEC students are temporary members of the Sports Union’s staff, volunteering to help us organize the T5B throughout the week, for the love of sports. We tell our stories to those who didn’t see last year’s tournament and trust me - they can’t wait for you to join us.
